Ministry Made Easy Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Ministry Made Easy Membership by Loving Christ Ministries. By subscribing to this membership, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline the expectations, rights, and responsibilities for both parties.

1. Membership Overview

Ministry Made Easy is a digital membership that provides women’s ministry leaders with access to downloadable retreat planning resources, theme bundles, monthly meeting packs, devotionals, templates, and other tools to support your ministry efforts.

There is one membership option with two payment options:

  • Monthly Membership: $9/month OR $90/year – includes one featured retreat theme bundle each month (with decorations + skit when available), one monthly ministry meeting pack, all form and flyer templates, and 50% off additional shop purchases. 

2. Digital Product Access

All resources are delivered digitally. No physical products will be mailed. Membership access is provided via a secure login through our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Usage Rights

Resources in this membership are for personal ministry use only. You may print and distribute materials within your own church or ministry group, but you may not resell, share, or distribute the digital files outside your own leadership use.

Editable files may be customized for your ministry but may not be sold or offered as templates to others.

4. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

*Monthly membership plans are billed every 30 days from the date of enrollment.
*Annual membership plans are billed once per year.

You may cancel your membership at any time.

When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the member portal and all included content until the end of your current billing cycle. After that billing period ends, your access will automatically expire and you will no longer be able to log in or download content.

Please be sure to download any resources you wish to keep before the end of your billing cycle, as access will not be restored once it has ended.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the resources, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on membership payments. If you have trouble accessing your materials or feel something is missing, please contact us at julie@lovingchristministries.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

6. Cancellations and Account Access

You can cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • Upon cancellation, access to the member's portal will end immediately no matter where you are in the billing cycle.

    This is a Thrivecart limitation.

    Please access the downloads that you want before you cancel.

After your membership ends, your download access will be revoked, but you may continue to use any files you’ve already saved or printed in accordance with the usage terms above.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including digital files, designs, graphics, and written material, is the property of Loving Christ Ministries and is protected by copyright laws. By subscribing, you are granted limited, non-exclusive use for ministry purposes only.

8. Member Conduct

You agree not to use this membership or any content provided in a way that harms, disrupts, or infringes upon the rights of Loving Christ Ministries or other members. We reserve the right to revoke access to anyone who violates these terms.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. All members will be notified of significant changes via email.
