HOW TO USE IT

Download your PDF after purchase and open the version you want. Print one copy per woman on standard 8.5 x 11 paper. Hand them out at the last session with a pen, and ask the women to leave them on the table on their way out.

You'll get more honest answers if you tell them not to put their names on it.

Then keep the stack. When you sit down to plan next year, you're working from what they actually said instead of what you remember.
