You may email me at julie(at)lovingchristministries(dot)com for basic support. However, because technology and devices vary so much, I am unable to provide technical support beyond the basics (see below).
Downloading on a PC or Mac desktop or laptop computer is recommended as many mobile devices such as cell phones and tablets do not allow downloading through a link.
Larger products in the shop may be delivered within a compressed (ZIP) file.
How to unzip a compressed file:
Laptop or PC - save the compressed folder to your computer. Right-click and select “Extract All” or double-click on the folder. This will create a new unzipped folder on your computer which you can double-click to open to access the files.
Mobile Device - depending on your device, you may need an app to unzip compressed folders. I use a free app called iZip on my iPad. There are others, so look for one that is compatible with your device. Some mobile devices allow you to long-press on the icon to open the compressed folder.
All digital downloads are sent in PDF format. For very large files and for the editable forms and templates, a PDF document with links to the products will be delivered.
You will need a PDF reader to open these files. Adobe Reader is the most common one, and it’s free.
Unable to find the download? The ‘Downloads’ folder is the default folder for downloads on most devices. Unless you’ve changed the default, your download should be there. You can also search the file title on your computer.
Still waiting have not received the planner book.
