Three strangers ended up at the same table. Nobody saw the fourth one come in.
It's an ordinary Thursday. Maggie sits alone at Table 7 with a photo on her phone she keeps turning face down. Claire arrives saying she was told to meet some women here. Tina walks in without being able to explain why she came at all. Three strangers, one table, and a conversation none of them planned.
Then a fourth woman asks if she can sit down.
Where Hope Sat Down is an original Christian skit written exclusively for Loving Christ Ministries. Six women, one café table, and an ending your room will still be talking about at dinner.

SYNOPSIS
In Where Hope Sat Down, the women open up one at a time. Tina admits she had prayed for a sign she isn't alone. Maggie finally says out loud that her husband died two months ago. Claire tells about the neighbor's child who turned up with flowers after her daughter's miscarriage, and says plainly that it was God who sent her.
Angela, soft-spoken and strangely perceptive, says something true to each of them. She points Tina to Hebrews 13:2 and tells her to look it up when she gets home. Then she leaves. And Beth the waitress says she never saw her come in. Angela's answer is two words, and the women are left holding what just happened and the charge to carry it forward themselves.
