THREE FORM STYLES

The two-page form is the standard. It gives you room to spell out what's included, what it costs, and what the deadline is, with the registration details on the second page. This one comes ready to print, plus editable versions in Canva and Google.

The full page form puts everything on a single sheet with a different layout. Same information, less paper. Good when you're handing them out at a table or tucking them into bulletins.

The tri-fold brochure does double duty. It promotes the retreat and collects the registration in one piece, so a woman can take it home, read it over, and bring back the tear-off section.

HOW TO CUSTOMIZE THEM

Your download is one PDF with instructions and five links inside. In Canva you'll click Edit Template, and in Google you'll click Use Template. Either one saves a copy straight to your own account.

Everything you need to change is already marked in red. Click each red line and type your retreat name, dates, location, cost, and registration deadline. When you're finished, change the red to whatever color matches your theme.

No design software to buy and nothing to install.

✞ Is this really editable?
Yes. Four of the five templates are fully editable. Change the text, the colors, and the fonts to match your retreat theme. The fifth is a ready-to-use version you can print exactly as it is.

✞ Will I know what to change?
Yes. In the editable versions the customizable text is in red. Click each red line, type your own details, then change it to whatever color you'd like when you're done.

✞ How will my product be delivered?
You'll receive a download link immediately after purchase. It's one PDF with instructions and links to all five templates inside.

✞ How many forms do I get?
Three styles. A two-page registration form, a one-page version with everything on a single sheet, and a tri-fold brochure with registration built in.

✞ Do I need a Canva or Google account?
Free accounts for both will open your templates. In Canva you'll click Edit Template, and in Google you'll click Use Template. Either one saves a copy to your own account.

✞ What size paper does this use?
Standard US Letter size, 8.5 x 11. The forms are portrait and the tri-fold is landscape. For best results, use the Fit to Page option when printing.
